LISTEN: The Lemon Twigs Return With "Corner Of My Eye"

The newest single from 60s-inspired rock duo stands as the first project from The Lemon Twigs since 2020 when they released their album Songs For The General Public. The new track "Corner Of My Eye" is inspired by '60s soft rock and was produced entirely by The Twigs themselves - Brian and Michael D'Addario.

"We recorded this track winter of 2021 in our old rehersal studio in Midtown, NYC. Apart from the vibraphone, the instrumental track was recorded live with Andreas Valbuena on drums and Daryl Johns on upright bass. We laid down the vocals late that night once the traffic outside had died down."

A track that's been played live several times, "Corner Of My Eye" claims itself as a ballad with ethereal high-pitched vocals, soft acoustics and engages you with a subtle chorus. The band has also signed with a new label after a three-album run with 4AD, they are now a part of Captured Tracks.

In late 2022, The Lemon Twigs announced they are heading out on tour for a 9-date run across the states for the first time since 2019. You can listen to and keep up with The Lemon Twigs below and be sure to check out their tour dates as well!
